We meet - Our face-to-face interview will be focused on getting to know each other. We will ask about your experience, what drives you, your career goals, and how you like to work. It’s also your chance to find out what you can expect from the role, and what life with the Northeast Auto Group is like

We do our due diligence - We may ask you to complete some compliance checks, such as a Pre-Employment Medical or Police Clearance, depending in the role you have applied for. We may also ask to speak to people you have worked with before

We ask you to join us - We formalise the process by making you an offer, which we hope you will accept!
