About the role

The Northeast Group is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of SITRAK; the exciting new brand within our Heavy Vehicle division in South Australia. You’ll be responsible for building market presence, driving sales performance, and positioning SITRAK as a trusted and competitive choice for South Australian operators.

This role is perfect for a sales leader who thrives on challenge, innovation, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for SITRAK in SA

     

     

  • Build strong relationships with fleet customers, transport operators, and industry partners

     

     

  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision‑making processes

     

     

  • Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge across the SITRAK range

     

     

  • Represent SITRAK at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations

     

     

  • Maintain accurate and compelling vehicle listings across digital platforms

     

     

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience

About you

Pivotal to the success in this role, you will have;

 

  • Experience in heavy vehicle, equipment, or fleet sales

     

     

  • A strong desire to build and grow a new brand

     

     

  • A solutions‑focused mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

     

     

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities

     

     

  • The confidence to present new products and educate customers

     

     

  • Ability to lead and develop a Sales team

     

     

  • A customer‑first approach and the drive to exceed expectations
  • HR/ HC license (desirable)
