Wet Hire Business Manager


Big Chief Hire specialises in the Hire of civil construction and machinery equipment across four states in Australia including, SA, VIC, QLD and NSW.  


About the role

As the Wet Hire Business Manager for BCH you will be responsible for driving sales and operational execution of Wet Hire services, ensuring maximum fleet utilisation and sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, coordination of operations compliance and people leadership.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Proven experience in Sales and Operations within Wet Hire, Construction or Equipment Hire
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, operator coordination and compliance requirements
  • Excelling skills in negotiation and relationship-building
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to manage both sales and operational execution
  • Exceptional problems-solving skills and the ability to manage complex logistical challenges.
