About the Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic truck sales team in Shepparton. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive sales performance, lead strategic initiatives, and foster long-term relationships with customers and OEM partners.

You’ll be a results-driven leader who brings strong commercial acumen, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of Sales Professionals
  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to drive growth and increase market share
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and OEMs
  • Manage tenders and high-value negotiations
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align business objectives
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure stock is marketed effectively
  • Oversee training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities

 

About You

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, ideally within the automotive or heavy vehicle sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and engage a high-performing sales team
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and results
