Truck Sales Coordinator

About the role

In this newly created role, the New Trucks Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Heavy Vehicle Build Project Manager and will have a vital role in coordinating the delivery of new trucks. Critical to the success of this role will be ensuring accurate and up to date communication between all stakeholders and our internal new truck sales team. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team with pre-delivery activities, including but not limited to coordinating stock arrivals and vehicle registrations
  • Coordination of all truck deliveries in a timely manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in yard presentation and cleanliness
  • Liaising with the sales team to coordinate, schedule and lead the high-volume movement of vehicles internally.

About You:

We are seeking an individual with outstanding organisational skills who has an interest in Heavy Vehicles and the automotive industry.

  • Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded (advantageous)
  • Highly motivated and with a high degree of dedication and commitment to the job role
  • HR or MC Licence (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills cross departmentally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
