About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our team at Northeast Auto Group on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and materials, supporting both our workshop and customer operations.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock and deliveries
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining organised and safe storage areas and inventory locations
- Assisting technicians and internal teams with parts and materials as required
- Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory control
- Ensuring all paperwork and system entries are completed accurately
- Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety standards
About You
- Previous experience in a storeperson or warehouse role (automotive or similar industry preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Forklift licence and driver’s licence advantageous but not essential
