Spray Painter / Trade Assistance
Ready to join a busy Paint & Panel workshop where your skills and hard work are valued? Northeast Paint and Panel is seeking a Spray Painter / Trade Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and finishes.
About the Role
Working alongside our experienced panel and paint team, you will assist with vehicle preparation, refinishing, and general workshop duties while helping deliver high-quality results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and priming
- Assisting with spray painting and refinishing tasks
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting tradespeople with repair and paint work
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
About You
- Previous experience as a Spray Painter, Trade Assistant, or in an automotive workshop environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Current driver's licence preferred
