Sitrak Service Manager


We are seeking a hands-on Heavy Vehicle Service Manager to lead our new Sitrak brand within Northeast Auto Group, driving strong leadership, efficiency, and exceptional aftersales service while building a high-performing service team.

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our new Sitrak Heavy Vehicle Service Department and drive customer satisfaction to the highest level. Northeast Auto Group is located in Burton, SA. As a Service Manager you will Lead, Inspire, Deliver Excellence to all stakeholders

Working together with our Workshop Manager, you’ll oversee the customer-facing side of the department, manage a team of Service Advisors, and ensure every interaction reflects the outstanding reputation our dealership is known for.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the service department, ensuring effective scheduling and booking mix.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey, from booking through to service completion.
  • Support Service Advisors with enquiries, bookings, complaints, and customer communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and franchise support teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop service staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold dealership standards and achieve results.
  • Monday - Friday and Every 2nd Saturday as required

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Passionate for the heavy vehicle industry!
  • Experience in Service Management is highly desirable
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A customer-focused, positive attitude.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and managing teams
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with AUTOit -Units will be highly regarded.
