Sheetmetal Trades Worker
Northeast Engineering is looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with proven experience in fabrication and custom toolbox manufacturing. You will be working with 2mm zinc-coated steel, operating guillotines and CNC press brakes, and producing high-quality components from technical drawings. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused tradesperson looking for a full-time role with an immediate start.

Key Requirements:
- Trade qualified Sheet Metal Worker
- Experienced in sheet metal fabrication using 2mm zinc-coated steel, including the manufacture of custom toolboxes. Skilled in operating guillotines and CNC press brake bending machines, working from drawings, and ensuring accurate dimensions and quality finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Experience manufacturing and assembling toolboxes
- Skilled in working with 2mm zinc-coated steel (zincanneal/galvanized sheet metal)
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties:
- Fabrication and assembly of custom toolboxes
- Bending, folding, and forming sheet metal components
- Working with 2mm zinc materials and other sheet metal products
- General sheet metal fabrication and workshop duties
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer specifications
