About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Ceduna workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both light vehicle and agricultural machinery service operations.

You’ll be responsible for managing a skilled team, ensuring high-quality service, driving workshop productivity, and delivering a great experience to our customers—many of whom are long-term locals and loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of both the automotive and machinery service departments
• Lead and develop technicians and service advisors
• Monitor workflow, efficiency, safety, and service quality
• Resolve technical and customer issues professionally and promptly
• Manage scheduling, costing, warranty processes, and invoicing
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Admin teams
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You
• Experience in a Service Manager or senior leadership role within a dealership or workshop
• Strong understanding of either automotive or machinery service operations (both is ideal)
• Great leadership skills with a focus on team performance and customer service
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• Mechanical trade qualifications highly regarded
• A current driver's licence is essential
