Service and Parts Coordinator
Big Cheif Hire Burton is looking for a Service & Parts Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Service and Parts area, ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service bookings and customer enquiries.
- Assist with parts ordering, receipting, and inventory management.
- Liaise with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and service documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Support the Service and Parts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience in a service, parts, automotive, transport, or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
