Service and Parts Coordinator

Big Cheif Hire Burton is looking for a Service & Parts Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Service and Parts area, ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service bookings and customer enquiries.
• Assist with parts ordering, receipting, and inventory management.
• Liaise with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and service documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Support the Service and Parts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

About You

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in a service, parts, automotive, transport, or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
