Service Advisor
Northeast Tractors & Machinery is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, coordinating service operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
At Northeast Tractors & Machinery, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service experience. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team and be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey.
As a Service Advisor, your primary focus will be assisting customers with bookings, maintaining clear communication throughout the service or repair process, coordinating with the workshop team, invoicing and vehicle or machinery collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer bookings and ensuring the calendar is kept up to date
- Customer check-in and service reception
- Keeping communication open between customers and the service team
- Assisting the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Providing updates to customers throughout the service or repair process
- Assisting with invoicing and customer collections
- General administration duties
About You
We are looking for a friendly and motivated team player who is dedicated to providing first-class customer service every time.- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a service, automotive, machinery or similar environment is desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Driver’s Licence
