About the role

At the Northeast Auto Group, we provide our customers with the best possible experience, we have the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team in Alice Springs. As a Service Advisor your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service or repair, invoicing and vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensure it is always up to date
• Customer check in
• Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customers
• Assisting the service team with all customer facing aspects of the department
• Answering phones and emails
• General administration duties

About you 

We are looking for someone that is a great team player and is dedicated to provide the first class customer service every time.

• Customer Service experience
• Ability to communicate the value of our service and repairs
• Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills 
• Current Driver’s License
