About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated
and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our team at Northeast Auto Group
in Shepparton. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in
assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts
for various automotive, industrial, or machinery applications. If you have a
passion for helping customers, strong knowledge of parts and components, and

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering inquiries, and offering technical advice when needed.
- Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical information related to the parts you deal with.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
- Work closely with other team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You:
- Knowledge or a passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
- Previous experience in parts interpretation or related fields is preferred but not required.
