🚛Second Hand Truck Sales Manager – Drive Results, Lead the Team

Are you an experienced truck sales professional ready to take charge of a high-performing team? Northeast Auto is seeking a Second Hand Truck Sales Manager to drive our sales division, manage inventory, and deliver strong results across our second-hand truck business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll not only manage the team but also shape strategy, optimise processes, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales team: coach, mentor, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.
  • Sales strategy and planning: create, implement, and monitor sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer and supplier relationships: build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Inventory and pricing management: oversee stock levels, pricing, and market positioning to maximise profitability.
  • Reporting and analysis: track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends; provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and increase team efficiency.
  • Compliance and risk management: ensure all transactions follow company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant experience in truck or heavy vehicle sales, preferably second-hand
  • Proven team leadership and management experience, including setting targets and coaching staff.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills — able to read the market and drive profitable decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
