Sales Administrator

About the role

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Join our team and take your career to the next level! We're seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support the day-to-day operations of our Heavy Vehicle sales team and contribute to our success.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Reviewing sales paperwork for compliance with legal and franchise requirements
  • Processing sold vehicles sold within the Dealer Management System
  • Providing vehicle sales administration support for multiple brands and locations
  • Coordinating vehicle registrations and stamp duty transfers
  • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts
  • Offering general administration support, including reception relief
  • Providing clerical and administrative assistance to the Sales Manager

About You 

  • Minimum 5 years administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
