Sales Admin/Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience. This position will support our sales team, manage customer enquiries, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing a professional first impression
- Managing incoming calls, enquiries and customer appointments
- Supporting the sales team with administration and customer follow-ups
- Preparing and processing sales documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Providing general administrative support across the dealership
- Ensuring the showroom and customer areas are presented to a high standard
- Working closely with sales, service and parts teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About you
You will be a friendly, organised and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A current driver’s licence
A passion for the automotive industry, a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a supportive team will be highly regarded.
