Sales Admin/Receptionist


Join Northeast Engineering as a Sales Admin/Receptionist and become an important part of our Engineering Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and supporting a busy team.

 

About the Role

Working within our Engineering Department, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative support to the team. You’ll help keep the department running smoothly by managing enquiries, completing general administration and assisting with day-to-day sales and office tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing administrative and sales support to the Engineering team
  • Preparing and processing documents and paperwork
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with quotes, orders and invoices
  • Managing emails and general correspondence
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administration

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Previous reception, administration or sales support experience is preferred
  • Experience in an engineering, automotive or similar environment is advantageous
