Repair & Warranty Coordinator
Northeast Engineering is a transport engineering company specialising in vehicle motor body building. Established in 1999, we have a reputation for building high quality customised truck bodies for clients across Australia. Our Burton facility employs over 50 experienced tradespersons, and we are on the hunt for a salesperson to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
The repair and maintenance coordinator is responsible for managing all repair customer inquiries, ensuring timely quoting, scheduling repairs and maintenance jobs, and coordinating with production teams. This role requires seamless communication between customers, warranty claims processing and repair job execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty/ repair- related customer inquiries and claims.
- Assess repair and maintenance requirements, providing details and accurate quotes.
- Oversea warranty process, documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including processing and finalising claims.
- Ensure accurate communication of timeless, requirements and progress to customers.
- Coordinator with engineering and manufacturing teams to prioritize and plain schedules.
- Prepare, review and manage all customer quotes.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 3 years of experience in repair, maintenance, or warranty administration.
- Strong understanding of warranty processing and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and service administration tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the truck body manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Formal qualifications in business management, maintenance planning, or engineering-related fields.
