About the role

Due to internal movement, the Northeast Auto Group is looking to welcome a Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team in Port Augusta, this role is crucial to the experience of our customers entering our dealership. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Operate a busy phone switchboard and walk in inquiries.
• Provide hospitality for customer and visitors in the dealership.
• Ensure the presentation of the showroom and meeting rooms are always impeccable.
• Carry out a range of general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with other team members including sales and technicians, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About you 

You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales. 

• Prior reception or customer service experience (essential);
• A friendly, client-focused attitude (essential);
• Drivers licence (essential);
• Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities;
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills;
• Passionate about the automotive industry 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Attention to details and strong problem solving skills
• Customer focused mindset

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
