Receptionist Port Augusta

Our Toyota dealership in Port Augusta is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.

This is an important front-of-house role where you’ll help create a welcoming and professional experience from the moment customers walk through the doors or contact the dealership by phone. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Service and wider dealership teams to ensure every customer receives friendly and efficient service.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors entering the dealership
• Manage a busy phone switchboard and respond to customer enquiries professionally
• Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly and professional experience
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service or dealership team member
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms
• Assist with general administrative and office duties
• Accurately record and manage customer information and interactions
• Support the Sales and Service teams with day-to-day administration
• Assist with customer appointments and enquiries
• Work as part of the wider dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be confident communicating with customers, well organised and able to manage a busy reception while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.

 

You will bring:

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience (essential)
• A friendly, approachable and customer-focused personality
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A professional and reliable approach
• A current driver's licence (essential)
• An interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the Toyota brand
• A strong team-focused mindset and willingness to support others
