Procurement Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and help drive value, efficiency and strong supplier relationships across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and performance
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Source and evaluate products, services and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
- Monitor purchasing activity to ensure value and compliance
- Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
- Identify and manage potential supply and procurement risks
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes
About You
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Experience managing suppliers and commercial agreements
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
