People and Culture Administrator
Situated in Burton, the Northeast Auto Group spans over 24 acres encompassing both Heavy and Light vehicle dealerships, Manufacturing and Agricultural and Construction Equipment Sales. We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic New Trucks Coordinator to our Truck Sales team.
About the role
As the People and Culture Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for assisting with employee on-boarding & off-boarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct support the Group People & Culture Manager & People & Culture Business Partner
- Assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Administer and Coordinate Employee Benefits Program
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of HR-related communications and documents.
- Support the coordination and planning of employee training and development activities.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate and liaise across effectively across all streams of the People and Culture Department.
About You:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Experience in Human Resources Administration will be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Passion for promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
