Parts Interpreter (SHEPP)
Northeast Shepparton is looking for someone to become part of a supportive team within a well-established automotive business. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our workshop and customers moving by ensuring the accurate identification and supply of automotive parts.
About the Role:
Join Northeast Auto Group at our Shepparton site as a Parts Interpreter and become part of a leading truck and transport business representing globally recognised OEM brands including Isuzu, Iveco, Scania, and Sitrak. You will gain exposure across all mediums such as heavy trailer, buses, motorhomes, and industrial power applications through Isuzu Power Solutions. We also have exposure to all OEM brands within the light, medium, and heavy truck market.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify and source the right parts solutions while building strong, long-term relationships and becoming a trusted support pillar to their business. We are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and willing to go the extra mile to help find solutions — someone who won’t say no until they have given it a real red-hot go.
If you are passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to grow sales and maximise your earning potential, we encourage you to apply today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Show an active interest in the truck and transport industry and take initiative to build a general understanding of what other OEMs are doing in the market.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise workloads and customer needs to ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes.
About You:
- Open to training through a mix of face-to-face, online, and on-the-job learning to build skills and product knowledge.
- Remuneration will be based on the individual’s skills, experience, and capability, with experienced applicants recognised accordingly for their industry knowledge and expertise.
- The skills and knowledge can be taught, but a strong willingness to learn, apply yourself, and grow within the role is essential.
- Experience is ideal, however, junior or trainee applicants will also be considered depending on attitude, work history, and overall suitability for the role
