Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements and decision‑making processes to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Canvas new customer markets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity.
  • Oversee accurate and compelling vehicle listings across digital platforms.
  • Manage stock levels, trade‑ins, and sales processes to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Work towards and achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
