About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, inspire and motivate a diverse team of Sales Professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role is pivotal to ensuring customer and stakeholder relationships are fostered and nurtured providing an unparalleled service first time, every time.  

You will be a result driven leader who can collaborate and drive a culture of high-performance and success. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales Department, executing strategic sales and action plans and driving the overall financial and operational performance of the department.

 

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a strong team culture that fosters success maximising employee engagement
  • Analysing data and market insights to remain competitive and increase market share.
  • Developing accurate sales forecasts
  • Negotiating sales agreements and tenders
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team
  • Managing and maintaining an up-to-date CRM database
  • Partnering with marketing department and other cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Ensuring stock is promoted and advertised to achieve results
  • Developing and fostering strong relationships with OEM’s

 

About You

  • A successful and proven track record in Sales Management
  • An Understanding of the ROAD TO SALE process (desirable)
  • Strong skills in negotiation, problem solving and closing
  • Proven leadership capability to engage, support, and train sales teams
  • Thorough organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A passion for customer service, satisfaction, retention and loyalty
