We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and confident person to join our team as a Trainee New & Used Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant. If you love people, enjoy learning, and want a career with real earning potential and growth, this could be the perfect opportunity.

You’ll be fully trained and supported as you learn to:

What you’ll be learning & doing:

• Welcome and assist customers and learn how to manage leads and enquiries from start to finish
• Learn how to present and demonstrate vehicles professionally
• Assist with test drives and follow up customer enquiries
• Keep vehicles and display areas clean and well-presented
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver great experiences
• Work towards individual and team sales targets with hands-on coaching

   

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, confident and friendly personality
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Customer service or retail experience (helpful but not essential)
• A reliable work ethic and strong time management
• A full driver’s licence (essential)
