New & Used Vehicle Coordinator

About the role
As a New and Used Vehicle Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordinator of vehicles, managing the floorplan, vehicle hand overs and other ADHOC administration focused tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the reconditioning of Used Vehicles
- Managing and liaising with sublet repairs
- Estimating and Quoting Repairs
- Quality Control checks on all Used Vehicles
- Reporting using DMS and other Tracking systems
- Liaising between Service and Sales Managers for Vehicle updates
- Managing floorplan and stock rotation
- Coordinate pre-delivery requirements for new and used vehicles
- Ensure paperwork completion, quality standards, and OH&S compliance
- Work with various departments, clerical duties, and driver coordination
- Additional ADHOC duties.
About You
To be successful for in this role you will have a passion for vehicles, coordination and administration. You will be detail oriented and strive to the highest level of service every time.
- Experience in sales administrator or stock controller role, highly regarded
- Self-disciplined and process driven
- A customer focused, friendly disposition
- A valid driver's license
- Eagerness to work within a positive and dynamic team environment.
- Quality focused, conscientious and take a great deal of pride in their work.
- Ability to identify problems as they arise and offer effective solutions.
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously, but also within a team.
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
