About the Role

As a result of continued growth, including the acquisition of five new businesses in the last 18 months we have taken the opportunity to reshape our Marketing structure to ensure marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives are implemented in a timely manner resulting in lead and revenue generation and business growth. 

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, as one of two Marketing Specialists, you will have responsibility and autonomy of your own portfolio providing the full marketing spectrum.  You must have the desire and commitment to embed yourself into the business becoming an extension of the business units you manage ensuring you contribute to, and proactively implement our Marketing Strategy, and play an influential role in the success of our business and our brand. 

These newly created, hands-on roles will see you designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, and align marketing outcomes with overall business goals. You’ll combine your own creative flair with data-driven insights to elevate our high profile and world renown brands and help to shape the customer journey and their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support lead generation and business growth
  • Partner with sales, service, and leadership teams to identify marketing and promotional opportunities
  • Manage local and group-wide marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Analyse marketing performance and customer data to optimise results
  • Drive brand consistency and message alignment across all channels
  • Coordinate external suppliers including creative agencies and media partners
  • Manage content creation, social media and digital presence
  • Manage sponsorships ensuring strong ROI
  • Project manage and lead key marketing events ensuring a strong brand presence and representation in the marketplace

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role where you can demonstrate leading the marketing function in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital, content and brand marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective campaigns
  • A self-starter with creative thinking, attention to detail and a collaborative approach
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or B2B environments is advantageous
