  • Liaise with website providers to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Translate strategy into practical tools, templates, and guidance materials
  • Support dealership teams through coaching, training sessions, and one-on-one support
  • Attend monthly dealership–agency meetings to monitor feedback, actions, and outcomes
  • Support agency briefs and review outputs for quality and alignment

Events Support

  • Support event preparation, attendance, and post-event review
  • Review event outcomes, imagery, and ROI to inform future improvements

Competitor & Market Insights

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Share insights, opportunities, and best-practice examples with Group Marketing and dealerships

Analytics & Reporting

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

About you

  • Formal qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong creative and design capability, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) for the creation and editing of marketing assets
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media, content planning, analytics tools and website CMS platforms
