Marketing Coordinator - Content & Operations
You'll play a key role in creating marketing content, supporting dealership teams, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring our brands are represented consistently across multiple locations. If you're highly organised, creative, proactive, and enjoy balancing design with day-to-day marketing coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator – Content & Operations, you'll work across a diverse range of brands and dealerships, translating marketing strategy into practical, high-quality execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing marketing collateral including digital assets, flyers, signage, presentations, banners, vehicle branding and promotional materials.
- Creating engaging content for social media and maintaining content calendars across multiple dealership brands.
- Supporting websites by updating content and coordinating improvements with external providers.
- Managing marketing requests from concept through to completion while balancing multiple deadlines.
- Coordinating with dealerships, suppliers and marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards.
- Developing templates, guides and resources that help dealership teams deliver consistent local marketing.
- Providing practical marketing support and coaching to dealership teams.
- Assisting with events, sponsorships and promotional activities.
- Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Reviewing campaign performance and recommending improvements based on data and insights.
- Supporting continuous improvement across marketing processes, systems and execution.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisation and enjoys working collaboratively across a busy business.
You'll bring:
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing website content through CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to receive feedback positively and continually improve your work.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative and marketing experience.
Highly Regarded
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Automotive, dealership, retail or multi-site businesses.
- Working with external agencies or suppliers.
- Photography, videography or short-form video production.
- Paid digital marketing, SEO or campaign reporting.
- Event coordination, sponsorships or community marketing.
