Marketing Administrator/Coordinator

About the Role

Our marketing team is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our national operations. This role is an entry level role and would suit someone who has recently commenced their marketing career and wants to learn and develop their skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide high level assistance to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialists
  • Support with coordination of both internal and external strategies, events, and sponsorships.
  • Manage a diverse range of administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting.
  • Attend local marketing activations and events.
  • Assist with the company internal communications.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other creative software; with an interest in design
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Degree or Certificate in Marketing/Communications or related discipline.
