Northeast Tractors & Machinery, a leading South Australian dealer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking an Entry-Level Machinery Salesperson in Burton, SA to join our growing team. About the Role:
As part of our team, you’ll work closely with customers to match them with the right machinery for their needs. You’ll take part in product demonstrations, inspections, and follow-ups, gaining hands-on sales experience while learning from seasoned industry professionals. Our collaborative, practical, and results-driven culture means you’ll be supported every step of the way. We specialise in new and used excavators, trucks, sprayers, and slashers, along with attachments and spare parts from leading brands including Kobelco, Wacker, Merlo, D'avino, Polaris, Hitachi, Caterpillar, JCB, Silvan, DIGGA, and OZ Bucket. Plus, our team provides expert on-site service, maintenance, and breakdown support to keep machinery performing at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their machinery requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with inspections
• Prepare quotes, manage follow-ups, and support the sales team
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service

• Motivated and coachable with a desire to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in machinery, construction, or agriculture
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
