Grader Operators (2 positions) Mentool

About the Role
A unique opportunity has come up for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator with Mentool as a part of its civil contracting division, dedicated to assisting our clients meet their project needs.
Involved in all aspects of Civil Construction, you will work with a high performing team dedicated to safe work practices and looking out for each other.
You will have solid experience and a sound understanding of Civil works, along with being committed to safe workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manoeuvre heavy equipment, including graders, to achieve precise final trim grades.
- Interpret construction plans to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
About You
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Have a valid Construction White Card.
- You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Previous GPS & Final Trim Grader experience preferred not essential.
- Grader Ticket.
- Be physically fit for a variety of manual tasks.
- Will be professional and productive in all aspects of works.
- Conduct daily pre-starts on machines along with basic maintenance when required.
- Be focused on safety, both in and out of machines.
- Have a positive outlook, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Have a willingness to undertake overtime during the week and some weekends if required.
