What you will do:
Take part in all aspects of civil construction alongside a high-performing crew that prioritises safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Bring your strong civil construction experience and safety-first mindset to every site and task.
- Operate graders and other heavy machinery to deliver accurate results on a range of projects.
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and standards.
- Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to meet timelines and deliver top-tier results.
- Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.
- Inter and Intrastate travel (Must be able to do this)
- Hours (7am - 4.30pm + some weekends)
What you will bring:
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or similar environments.
- You hold a valid and current Driver License, White card and Grader Ticket.
- Ideally, you have experience operating Final Trim Graders and using GPS systems (but we're happy to train the right candidate).
- You're physically fit and capable of performing a range of manual tasks on site.
- You take pride in being professional, reliable, and productive in everything you do.
- You’re confident conducting daily pre-start checks and performing basic equipment maintenance.
- Safety is a top priority for you — both in machine operation and across the entire worksite.
- You bring a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and can also work independently when needed.
- You're flexible and willing to put in overtime during the week or on weekends when required.
