Fleet Manager

About the role
As the Fleet Manager for Northeast Isuzu UTEs, your will be responsible for driving fleet sales by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing end to end sales process- ensuring tailored vehicle and service solutions meeting the needs of commercial, government and rental clients while consistently achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial, Local/ State Government clients, Vehicle Rental companies and local businesses.
- Understand customer fleet requirements and propose vehicle solutions to align with their needs and budgets.
- Manage full sales cycle
- Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor marker trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Complete TENDERS within deadlines
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Peron to take the next step in the career and manage and grow of fleet client base.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5years of fleet, commercial or B2B vehicle sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prospect, qualify leads and close deals.
- Experience building trust and rapport with a range of clients, including cooperate and government.
- Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and keeping detailed records in CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annually KPI’s.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, events
