Field Service Technician - Plant and Machinery

About the role
Field Service Technicians/Mechanics will be responsible for carrying out repairs, servicing, and reporting on customers machinery to the highest level of workmanship to ensure complete satisfaction and maximum output.
Along with this, the Field Service Technician will be responsible for:
- Carrying out troubleshooting, preventative and scheduled maintenance of customers assests;
- Maintaining the levels of all required materials and tooling;
- Complying with the maintenance management systems;
- Diagnosing mechanical faults;
- Providing technical support to the Sales Team when required.
About You
- Trade qualification in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Mobile Plant Technology (essential);
- Australian Drivers licence (essential);
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (essential);
- Experience with trucks and earth moving equipment (desirable);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude;
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
