European diesel mechanic
As a European Diesel Mechanic at our dealership, you’ll service, repair, and maintain a range of European trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles. You’ll deliver high-quality workmanship, efficiently diagnose issues, and ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop performing at its best.
About the Role
- Analyse and diagnose mechanical and diesel engine problems
- Repair and service European trucks, vans, and other commercial vehicles according to Job Cards
- Plan jobs and order the required parts
- Complete all paperwork related to work performed
- Mentor apprentices and assist in their development
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety
About You
- Trade qualification in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Diesel Mechanical Technology
- Extensive experience working on European diesel vehicles (Volvo, Scania, Mercedes, MAN, Iveco, etc.)
- Proven ability in technical diagnosis and repair across a range of European trucks and commercial vehicles
- Strong ability to identify specific parts or components
- Driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous)
