Dealer Principal Port Augusta & Ceduna

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced automotive leader to combine dealership leadership with the opportunity to become a minority shareholder in a successful and growing business with leading brands such as Toyota, John Deere and Isuzu UTE.

As Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, team development and long-term growth. Just as importantly, you will become a visible and respected member of the Port Augusta community, building strong relationships with local customers, businesses, sporting clubs, community organisations, and original equipment manufacturers

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior leadership experience within automotive retail or a comparable customer-focused business.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, profitability and business planning.
• Experience leading multi-department operations and driving business performance.
• A proven track record of developing people and building successful teams.
• Strong community engagement and relationship-building capability.
• A desire to establish themselves as a long-term leader within the Port Augusta region.
