Customer Care specialist/Sales Admin Support
Northeast Shepparton is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage a range of customer service and administrative tasks. You will play an important role in supporting our customers while also assisting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone, email and other communication channels
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with resolving questions or concerns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process customer orders, enquiries and documentation accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Assist with preparing quotes, invoices and sales documentation
- Follow up with customers and provide updates where required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone who:- Has previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar role
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Has a positive and professional approach to customer service
- Can work independently while also being a strong team player
- Is proactive and willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team
