Crash Repair Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians, fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance partners — ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and communication.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including job scheduling, resource allocation, inventory management, and financial performance to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the site — always looking for smarter, faster, and better ways to deliver great outcomes.
About You
- Proven leadership experience in a collision or truck repair environment (minimum 2 years)
- Trade-qualified in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)
- A hands-on, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety, quality, workflow, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and people management skills — you know how to get the best out of your team
- Committed to developing others and continuously improving performance
