Northeast Tractors & Machinery is a leading South Australian dealer supplying and servicing a wide range of construction and agricultural equipment. We offer new and used excavators, trucks, sprayers, and slashers, plus attachments and spare parts from top brands including Kobelco, Wacker, Merlo, D'avino, Polaris, Hitachi, Caterpillar, JCB, Silvan, DIGGA, and OZ Bucket. Our team also provides expert on-site service, maintenance, and breakdown support to keep machinery running smoothly.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with our sales and service teams to deliver outstanding solutions. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, relationship-building, and practical execution. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team and equipped with the tools you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.

     

We’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (construction or ag equipment experience preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results driven.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
