Auto Electrician
As an Auto Electrician with Northeast Engineering your primary responsibility is within a Body fit-out role, this will include the fitment of electrical accessories to New Build vehicles.
About the Role
- Fitting Electrical accessories – including but not limited to Side Lights, Tarp Motors, Taillights, Spotlights, Beacons, Fridges, Inverters, Isolator switches
- Routing wiring looms
- Operating and maintaining both hand and power tools and machinery
- Following Safety protocols and maintaining a clear working environment
- Performing quality checks and reporting any issues to supervisors
- Supporting the team with general labour tasks as required
About you
- Certificate II in Automotive Electrical Technology (essential)
- Strong understanding of Air Trailer brake systems with an automotive background
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to safety
- Forklift License (desirable)
