About the role

This role will see you assisting with all aspects of servicing and repairing of heavy vehicles.

Supported by your team, along with this you will: 

  • Learn from our qualified mechanics about the maintenance and repairs of a variety of vehicles; 
  • Learn how to diagnose mechanical faults; 
  • Learn how to plan for scheduled works and ordering parts required; 
  • Maintaining a commitment to safety in the workplace.

 About you

  • A commitment to fully completing a trade qualification Cert III in Automotive Heavy Mechanical Technology 
  • Driver’s licence (essential);
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude and a genuine interest in the automotive field; 
  • Willingness to learn and develop and be trained;
  • Excellent time management, organisation and prioritization skills.
