Applications Administrator – DMS/ERP

As part of ongoing company growth and innovation, the Northeast Auto Group have an opportunity to join our Group ICT team as an Applications Administrator specialising in management of our DMS (Dealer Management System) and ERP systems at our head of operations in Burton, South Australia 

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Applications and Platforms team as an Applications Administrator in maintaining, supporting, and improving our Dealer Management System (DMS) and ERP Systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Automotive dealerships with utilising and managing a Dealer Management System (DMS)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering robust DMS and ERP support across the organisation.
  • Swiftly responding to DMS and ERP issues and requests with efficiency.
  • Ensure pricing and data is accurate across the DMS and ERP Applications.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding staff to DMS and ERP Systems.
  • Manage and maintain integrations between applications and platforms.
  • Diagnosing and resolving DMS and ERP Application and Platform issues and outages promptly.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive systems documentation.
  • Identifying, planning, and implementing upgrades and improvements of the DMS and ERP Applications.
  • Ensuring the DMS and ERP are fit for purpose and efficient for the business operations.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the execution of the Technology Strategy.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

In our successful candidates we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive dealership with technical DMS experience.
  • Experience in Auto IT Units/Equip or Revolution Tune is highly desirable
  • Display an understanding of Automotive Dealership operations
  • A track record of troubleshooting and resolving DMS and/or ERP issues
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
